Out of the blue, NPOWER sent a demand for £24,725.96.
Wem Motors were inundated with reams of paperwork from NPOWER to back up their demand. They would not accept that it was wrong.
The Energy Company were invited to sort it out.
Not only did the Energy Company (eventually) get the demand cancelled, they achieved a REFUND of £5,219
